  • Clockify Data: Your Clockify API keys to read your approved Time Off (PTO) requests.
  • Microsoft Data: Microsoft OAuth tokens to create and manage "Out of Office" events in your Outlook calendar.

3. How We Store Your Data

The authentication tokens and API keys we collect are stored securely in our database. We use this data strictly for the background operation of the addon—specifically, to perform the automated synchronization of your time-off requests between Clockify and Microsoft Outlook. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to help us operate and improve our application:

  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage on our landing page. This helps us improve user experience. Google Analytics may set cookies on your browser.
  • Platform APIs: Our service intrinsically interacts with the Clockify API and Microsoft Graph API. Your data usage is also subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, API keys, or OAuth tokens to outside parties. Your data is only used to facilitate the core synchronization feature of PTOSync.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to revoke our access to your accounts at any time through your Microsoft and Clockify account settings. If you wish to permanently delete your account and remove your API keys and tokens from our database, please contact us.
